🧳 What is included in my stay?

  • All bedding, towels, and pool towels

  • A fully equipped kitchen (self-catering; you will need to purchase food, laundry and dishwasher tablets, paper towels, etc.)

  • Smart TVs – bring your own login details for streaming services

  • Family-friendly extras: travel cot, highchair, stroller, step stool, and child toilet seat

  • BBQ is not included, but can be hired locally


🏊‍♀️ How far is the Amenity Centre?

  • It’s a 10–15 minute walk, or you can drive — guest parking is available at the clubhouse


🧑‍🔧 Do you have a local management company?

  • Yes — our professional team is on call 24/7 and based locally to assist you during your stay


🚗 Do I need to hire a car?

  • Many guests use Uber, Lyft, or local taxis

  • However, for the best experience and flexibility, we recommend a rental car — there’s so much to explore!


Can we have a late checkout?

  • We’ll do our best!

  • Late checkouts are available when there’s no same-day arrival — please ask and we’ll confirm if possible


📜 Are you fully licensed and insured?

  • Yes, we are a fully licensed vacation rental

  • DBPR License No. DWE6312710


🐾 Are pets allowed?

  • No — we do not allow pets due to guest allergy considerations


🏡 Does Sanddancer at Solterra have a private pool?

  • Yes!

  • A private pool (approx. 18ft x 10ft) for your exclusive use — ideal for relaxing or playing with the kids


🔥 Is pool heating available, and what does it cost?

  • Yes, pool heating is available for an additional $23 plus tax per day

  • Highly recommended between October and April for comfortable swimming

Please note:

  • Pool heating is switched on the day of arrival

  • It may take several hours to reach optimum temperature

  • The pool is heated to a maximum of 87°F, and will only heat to about 10°F above the ambient air temperature

  • Pool heating operates on a daytime timer

  • Pools cool overnight, so it may take time each day to return to desired temperature levels


💳 What is your payment policy?

  • 25% deposit is required at the time of booking

  • The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival
