📅 Nightly Rates

• 💵 Rates range from $125 to $300 per night, depending on the season

• 🛌 Minimum stay: 5 nights

• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Rates cover the entire party — when split per person, this is often far more economical than a hotel stay

📉 Long Stay Discounts

• 📆 Stays of 21+ nights → 15% off the nightly rate

• 📆 Stays of 28+ nights → 20% off the nightly rate

🏊 Pool Heat (Optional)

• 🌡️ $23 plus tax per night

• 🔥 Recommended between October and April for maximum comfort

🛠️ Additional Charges

• 🧹 Cleaning fee: $160 per booking

• 🛡️ Damage protection (choose one):

  • $99 damage waiver insurance (non-refundable), or

  • $500 refundable accidental damage deposit

🧾 Taxes & Payments

• 💸 12% tourist and sales tax applies to all bookings

• 💳 25% non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking

• 💰 Remaining balance due 10 weeks before arrival
